Where Most Conversations Start

What's eating up your time every week?

Most of the time it comes down to information that only lives in your head, and the time you lose every week going to find it. That's what Business Buddy does. I figure out what's slowing you down and set up the right tools to fix it.

  • Your customer list is in your head, your phone, and a notebook.
  • Leads come in and you follow up when you remember.
  • The only way someone can book you is to call you.
  • You type the same information into three different places.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a website cost?

Small business websites start at $1,000 for a clean, professional, single-page site. Multi-page sites and e-commerce stores cost more depending on complexity. I'll give you a clear number after we talk about what you need.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Restaurants, home service companies, landscapers, salons, artists, crafters, professional services, real estate, and political campaigns. If you run a small business in Rhode Island, there's a good chance I can help.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most simple sites are ready in 5 to 10 business days. More complex projects like e-commerce stores can take a few weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline before we start.

Do I need a CRM? What even is a CRM?

A CRM (customer relationship management system) is just a tool for keeping track of your customers and what's happening with each one. If you're managing that in your head or on paper right now, you probably need something better. It might be as simple as a shared spreadsheet or as involved as a dedicated platform like Monday.com. We'll figure out the right fit together.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's completely normal. Most of my clients start with a phone call, not a specific request. We talk through what's going on and figure out together whether it's a website problem, a tools problem, or something else. The call is free.
