What We Do

Technology support for Rhode Island small businesses.

No-Jargon Tech Help for Local Businesses

I work with local business owners who need their technology to work, not fight against them. That could mean a brand new website, a better system for tracking customers, or just getting someone on the phone who speaks plain English and can help you figure out what's going wrong.

I always start with a conversation. No technical jargon, no upselling, no 50-page proposals. Just: what's the problem, and what's the simplest way to solve it?

When something falls outside my expertise, I don't pretend. I have trusted partners for specialized SEO, graphic design, programming, and other areas. I'll bring in the right person and manage the whole thing so you don't have to coordinate between five different vendors.

Websites for Small Businesses

Your website is usually the first thing a potential customer sees. I build fast, professional sites that look great on any device and are designed to get your phone ringing. Every site comes with a mobile-friendly design, contact forms, click-to-call, and the SEO basics so Google can find you.

I've built sites for restaurants, landscapers, home service companies, salons and barbershops, artists, crafters, professional services, real estate, and political campaigns. Using modern AI-powered development tools, I deliver polished sites in days, not months.

Websites start at $1,000. Most are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.

Business Tools & Setup

A lot of times, all a business owner needs is a list. A list of customers. A list of vendors. A list of jobs with statuses. The problem is that list lives in their head, or on a piece of paper, or spread across three different apps that don't talk to each other.

I help you figure out what you need and I set it up. Sometimes that's a Google Sheet. Sometimes it's a full CRM like Monday.com or ActiveCampaign. Sometimes it's a scheduling tool or automated email follow-ups. It depends entirely on your business and what makes sense for your budget and comfort level.

What this usually looks like:

  • Organizing your business data. Getting the information out of your head and into something you can access from your laptop and your phone. Sorted, searchable, and easy to update.

  • Customer management. A system for tracking who your customers are, what they bought, when you last talked to them, and what needs to happen next.

  • Scheduling and appointments. Online booking that works for your clients and syncs with your calendar.

  • Email automation. Follow-up emails, appointment reminders, and welcome messages that go out automatically so you don't have to remember.

  • Connecting your tools. Making sure your website, your CRM, your email, and your calendar all work together instead of living in separate silos. I'm a certified Zapier Solutions Partner, which means I specialize in making your tools talk to each other.

Pricing depends on the project. A simple spreadsheet setup is very different from a full CRM migration. Let's talk about what you need and I'll give you a clear number.

Not Sure What You Need? That's Normal.

Most of my clients don't come to me with a specific request. They come with a feeling: something isn't working, they're wasting time on stuff that should be easier, or they know there's a better way but they don't know what it is.

That's exactly what the free call is for. We'll talk through what's going on, I'll ask a few questions, and together we'll figure out whether it's a website problem, a tools problem, a process problem, or something else entirely. And if it turns out you need something I don't do, I'll tell you that too.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you help with SEO and getting found on Google?

Every website I build comes with the SEO basics: proper page titles, meta descriptions, mobile optimization, and Google-friendly structure. For deeper SEO work like ongoing keyword strategy and content marketing, I partner with a specialist and manage the whole process for you.

Do you offer ongoing support after a project is done?

Yes. I offer flexible support for updates, changes, and questions after launch. Some clients set up a monthly arrangement; others just call when they need something. Either way works.

What tools do you typically recommend?

It depends entirely on what you need. For websites, I build with modern frameworks that load fast and are easy to maintain. For CRM and business tools, I work with Monday.com, ActiveCampaign, Google Sheets, Zapier, Cal.com, and others depending on your business and budget. I'll always recommend the simplest tool that solves the problem.

Do you work with businesses outside Rhode Island?

My focus is Rhode Island, but I've worked with clients in other states for specific projects. If you're nearby and the project is a good fit, let's talk.
